In <i>Legal Regimes for Environmental Protection</i> Hans-Joachim Koch, Doris König, Joachim Sanden and Roda Verheyen offer important new insights into legal questions on climate change at a regional level and the legal instruments available to address environmental problems on critical maritime topics.
