My mommy is my superhero. She always does everything she can to let my family know how much she loves us. When I learned she had a sickness that never went away, I discovered just how special my mommy really is.She may not be able to run marathons. She might not feel like jumping on the bed with me all the time. She may not be able to make dinner every night. But that doesn't stop her from showing us how much we mean to her. You see, fibromyalgia and chronic migraines became a part of her life, and now it's a part of ours. One thing I learned is that Mommy's chronic illnesses didn't take away our family and it won't make our love go away. Yes, it steals mommy's energy, but it doesn't change her heart. It can't take away my superhero mommy and it won't make our family fall apart.
