This is a sequel to Treasure Key, a compilation of short stories rewritten to create a story line. A lot of Treasure Key was quasi-autobiographical that Gales pulled out of his head and from his heart. Key West Camouflage, he pulled “out of the blue sky (or my ass).” It’s much different, a little more action, a little more sex, a lot more mystery. Gales drew on past experiences, including his many trips to Baja California as part of several race teams in events like the Baja 1000. Take this second slam-bam adventure with a former Navy Seal, professional treasure diver and rock and roll bass player, Russell Bricklin. “Bric” Wahl was a penniless, nearly homeless, single father, living hand to mouth in Key West, working on a salvage boat – until he found three large Civil War era gold bars. That made things different.
