Annotated collection of social security legislation on housing This annotated collection of the legislation governing housing benefit and council tax benefit is recognised as the authoritative guide to a particularly complex and continually changing area of law. Practitioners have to use the latest annual edition in order to keep abreast of developments affecting claimants throughout England, Wales and Scotland. In the light of the latest changes to law and practice, the 13th edition is completely revised and updated with new statutory material accompanied by a re-worked expert commentary.
