About the author: Andrew Kerr's recently acquired favourite word is tatterdemalion. He has one of those really annoying grins (you know the kind) and hasn't decided yet if he is a rogue or a rake. He also likes gardening and may still call his autobiography Cocktails and Coco Pops.
