Edenmont uses the beauty and elegance of exotic butterfly wings integrated with other animal species to create glorious creatures that exist only in her imagination. However, her work has been denounced by PETA and other animal protection organizations because she kills the animals she photographs andhe Swedish government has fined her for doing without the assistance of a veterinarian. The viewer must decide for himself if killing snakes to photograph them is any more cruel than killing cattle to make steak and hamburger.
