The 28 papers range through such areas as fracture; fatigue; damage and failure in homogeneous or multi-phase composite materials; buckling and instability; thermal and residual stress; vibration, noise, impact, and dynamics; design and optimization; stress analysis; stochastic and probabilistic problems; and plasticity. They consider both technical and research aspects.
