<p>This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 11th IFIP TC 12 International Conference on Intelligent Information Processing, IIP 2020, held in Hangzhou, China, in July 2020.</p> <p>The 24 full papers and 5 short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 36 submissions.
