This book constitutes the proceedings of the 14th IFIP WG 10.3 International Conference on Network and Parallel Computing, NPC 2017, held in Hefei, China, in October 2017.The 9 full papers and 10 short papers presented in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 88 submissions.
