Author Description

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 18th IFIP WG 8.1 International Conference on Informatics and Semiotics in Organisations, ICISO 2018, held in Reading, UK, in July 2018.<br><br>The 30 full papers and 4 posters presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 38 submissions.
