<p>This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 17th IFIP WG 8.1 International Conference on Informatics and Semiotics in Organisations, ICISO 2016, held in Campinas, Brazil, in August 2016.</p>The 16 full papers and 9 short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 30 submissions.
