Author Description

The Institute's objectives are to conduct and direct research into law and the administration of justice; to consider matters of law reform with a view to proposing to the appropriate authority the means by which the law may be made more useful and effective; to promote law research and reform; and to work in co-operation with the Faculty of Law of the University of Alberta, the Faculty of Law of the University of Calgary, and with others. This annual report provides a summary of the year's activities, and reviews research papers, issues papers, reports for discussions and final reports, and work in progress.
