Excerpt from Annual Report In my opinion, the aforementioned financial statements present fairly the financial position of the various funds of the Town of Durham, New Hampshire at December 31, 1975 and the results of their operations and changes in fund balances for the eighteen months then ended, in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles applicable to governmental entities, applied on a basis consistent with that of the preceding year.
