Ukraine has been at war with Russia for over two years now. Since February 2022 it has suffered unfathomable loss of life, infrastructure and livelihood. On the night of 7th February 2024 another missile attack is launched by the Russian military on the capital Kiev...one missile manages to penetrate the anti-missile defense system and smashes into central Kiev with devastating consequences. The lives of seven people are changed forever. This fictitious story tells the reader about the lives of each of these characters from Olena's story through to Sophia's story.
