Author Description

This unit's 12 lessons have students examine plot and characterization, role play, conduct Internet research, complete graphic organizers, and compare/contrast the novel with a film adaptation. They also learn about the Brontes, study characteristics of Gothic fiction, examine Charlotte Bronte's style, and articulate themes. Grades 9-12. (CFL414)
