Fourteen lessons have students consider the play with scene-by-scene analysis, conduct a trial to determine an appropriate punishment for Iago, create word portraits based on their first impressions of the characters, analyze quotations from the play, and examine the tragic hero and the villain. Because of the settings of the play, map activities are included. Grades 9-12. (CFL356)
