Raymond Duncan is Distinguished Teaching Professor Emeritus at the State University of New York, Brockport. He received his PhD in International Relations at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts-Harvard, Medford, Massachusetts. In addition to his position at SUNY Brockport, he has taught at Boston University, the University of Rochester, Georgetown University, and the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island. He has also served as Scholar-in-Residence at the National Intelligence Council in Langley, Virginia.Barbara Jancar Webster received her PhD in International Relations and a Certificate from the Harriman Institute from Columbia University. She was professor of political science and international relations at SUNY Brockport for more than 25 years. Her professional focus is the political economy of Eurasia and Central and Eastern Europe, with particular emphasis on the status of women and environmental policy and management.Bob Switky received his PhD from the Claremont Graduate University. He has taught at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, Sonoma State University, and SUNY Brockport. He also teaches in the political science subfields of comparative politics and international political economy.
