Book consists of an account of the writer's experiences of intellectual and artistic life in Paris just before the war of 1939-45, a place which Miron Grindea knew well during this period. Book includes: "Journal de guerre, 1940-1942" and "Interlude: avril 1940 - juillet 1941."
