A quarantined Manhattan scrambles to keep the undead plague at bay, but the Big Apple is rotting from within. Not only do flesh-eaters still shamble through unclean areas, but the surviving zombies are also evolving. It's the undead vs. the dead with humans caught in the crossfire!
