This volume collects the contributions presented at or upon the occasion of the colloquium on 'The International Criminal Court and National Jurisdictions', held in Trento on 4 and 5 May 2007. The colloquium saw the participation of many leading experts on issues of international crimnal law and the International Criminal Court.
