Most of humanity is unaware of our own duality. We are physical beings who are limited by the time and space reality of our mechanical physical self and our physical world. And we are also non-physical beings who belong to a real non-physical world, boundless and alive! For centuries, we have been searching for happiness and freedom bound by the beliefs of the physical world, completely unaware that happiness and freedom come only from our non-physical world. Thus, our true identity is in our non-physical self and our non-physical world. Not being aware of this truth is the reason we compare ourselves to people and things in the physical world in order to feel happy. Additionally we try to impose this understanding of happiness and freedom onto others. This is the problem which is solved in this book.
