Introduction: The main purpose of this booklet is to show people how to treat and prevent planta fasciitis in a very cost-effective way. For this booklet I have a supplementary YouTube video that can be searched with the title, "A Cost-effective Way to Cure and Prevent Plantar Fasciitis" in my Dr. George Ho YouTube channel. Planta fasciitis is a common problem for people who exercise a lot. I have also published a Kindle book teaching people how to apply the principles of tai chi into walking for longevity and enlightenment.
