It is a worthy cause, not knowing who will die and leave mother less and fatherless children and other bastards who are left on charitable institutions to be looked after by the Christians of North Carolina. The Reformatory farm is being purchased by a board of men who feel a deep interest in the unfortunate boys and girls of our race. We hepe, brethren, you will at least set atime when you will consider these institutions and give some hearing to them, at the very least, let their agents come before us and lift a collection for the work.
