Published in cooperation with the Fiscal Office, Nebraska Legislature, this research on tax incentives and investment was conducted pursuant to Nebraska Legislative Resolution (LB) 406 in 2002. The author has studied the tax impact on economic development in Nebraska using the CGE model.
