
Uses a data set from the Korean Labour and Income Panel Study (KLIPS) of 1998-2005. Finds that industry affiliations themselves do not appear to play an important role in determining wages and that worker mobility patterns across industries is not consistent with the predictions of the efficiency wage hypothesis.
