What is Plant Spirit Medicine? Learn how to immerse yourself in the essense of the spirit of plants. Using the foundation of the Living Grace Meditation (SM), you will feel, sense, and know the qualities of the plants. By the simple nature of this practice, you will learn to intimately be with each plant and essential oil. Each plant will be able to support you in the way that is perfect for you. The essence of this practice has been passed down from generation to generation from my Native lineage. This is considered a sacred practice. My family and I are honored to share this with people who will show their deepest respect to the practice.
