Carly Turner was first on the scene of a gruesome murder. An entire family had been killed. And the family members were close friends of hers. As Carly rocked back and forth with the dead daughter on her lap, she whispered to the child: I will not rest until I find the people who killed you and your family.Years later, when Carly is no longer a police officer, she sees a wanted poster. The person who killed that family years ago had escaped from Pelican Bay State Prison.
