Author Description

This tutorial is created to help users of various 3D parametric CAD software to export/import product assembly and/or parts models for 3D printing. Major topics are export/import of products between different CAD software, export/import to/from different standard data exchange files using the built-in CAD exchange formats.The export/import mechanism is explained in detail and presented with detailed subsequent images for each small step that helps reduce possible misinterpretations. An effort was made to explain command, menus and windows, sequence, and file selection while keeping the description to the minimum.
