This book, much of which is derived from portions of the Portrait of Cosmological History series, offers rationally developed technically accurate methods of deriving solutions to the puzzling mysteries of UFO sightings and abductions. Because UFO events reside in two unique worlds, this document suggests electronic and spiritual possibilities, hence uses technical and biblical references. A short two-part fictional story is also included.
