This contains two short books; The Precepts and Instructions from Father Abraham to his Son containing the true Hermetic Wisdom. This is a summary of the alchemical work, including the materials and method for making the Philosophers' Stone. It also deals with the allegorical aspect of alchemy. The Conversation of the Spirit of Mercury with Brother Albertus Baijer, a Carmelite monk. In this dialogue Mercury instructs the monk Baijer on alchemical matters. It concludes with the monk invoking a spirit who helps him prepare a key substance needed in the alchemical process.
