Author Description

About me, Rita: The Bible had a great place in my life. For me it was a continent that I had 'marched through' in the morning, at noon and in the evening – and had conquered for myself. It was my nourishment. I chewed it, swallowed it, metabolized it. I read it and dug through it again and again, and when I noticed that I was reading superficially, I simply turned it around so that I was again careful and focused. My greatest longing was to rewrite it. Unfortunately that was and is not possible, at least not for me. One night when my 'Highest Self' woke me up and said to me: “Come on, I'll show you THE BIBLE BEHIND THE BIBLE” – I was hooked. When the following mysterious words and sentences gushed out from the eternal depths of my soul, I held my throat shut in fright and fear. I, Rita, wanted to close myself off, and yet the longing for eternal wisdom was greater than any fear, any fright in me. And if I die of it, then I die – so screamed every cell in me. What I live – that cannot be life. So I opened my heart and surrendered to the wisdom that lovingly paints our dignity and greatness in our hearts. I recorded the utterances and wrote them down word for word. The writings shook and jolted all of my walls, all Christian traditions that I so dearly loved. The words of this book expanded and continue to expand me, Rita, and changed my view of myself, of my inner and outer world. Naturally, I see myself in the texts of this book. My coloring is attached to them, they are like water flowing through a channel – me.
