Evil words or images may pop into our minds from time to time, by Satan or the Devil, or form the misuse to technologies, that Satan has converted to his ways. When we hear, see them, they do not hurt us, but when we dwell on them, then it becomes a sin. Satan knows our weaknesses, and he will keep working on us to dwell on the evil, until we take action to do his will and bidding. Though, the Lord has shown us happiness in our lives, but our hearts and minds scream at us, that makes us feel worthless, despicable, miserable, dejected, and much more emptiness, than we are, for we are our worst enemy. Yes, our hearts and minds are really, down in sorrow and is in torment, because of our flesh and body, that we grieve because of out many sins, immoralities, evils, crimes, vices, etc. We are surrounded about, because of all of the temptations and the sins which we do so easily, that it affects us deep in our hearts and minds. When we want to find joy, our hearts and minds cries out because we are reminded of our many sins. Yet, we know that Heavenly Father wants the best for us and to give us many blessings. We know we can trust in Him. Heavenly Father has been our support. He has led us through all of our afflictions and trials. Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, the Holy Ghost and Angels, have in the past filled us with their love and kindness. They have protected us from our enemies, when we live worthily. God and angels can hear us, when we cry in mighty prayer. Many know there are lots angels around us, wanting to help us. As we study the scriptures, it will give us more strength to overcome evil. Why should our hearts cry and our souls linger in the valley of sorrow?
