This work of Robert Fludd, printed in 1629, deals with the four main subjects of the hermetic philosophy of his time, Magic, Cabala, Alchemy and the Rosicrucians. It is not a technical treatise on these subjects, but more an attempt to show their significence, and how they resonate with and underlie the mindset of of his age.
