Author Description

This short dissertation has been written in the spirit of sharing a body of work with fellow travellers on the spiritual path. For too long the true seeker has been alone in a crowded noisy market place of the religious deluded and religious deluders. What Lao Tsu wrote two and a half thousand years ago remains all too true: that is that the one who tells does not know, and the one who knows, does not tell. Of all the genuine religions which have arisen on this earth it is an abiding tragedy that the one with arguably the greatest beauty, the greatest simplicity and the most complete scope, the path laid out by Jesus, remains in an eternal twilight where the actual enlightenment of its adherents is concerned. When Martin Luther nailed his short thesis to the portal of his church he did so in defiance of the institution and in defence of the Truth. This short essay is offered in the same spirit.The author.
