Until I was forty, I wanted nothing to do with Jesus. I didn’t want anything to do with God or His son. So, now, why should anyone else who has not met Jesus want to hear about Him? It is a question I often ask myself. The problem is that I do not have the answer. My having met Jesus has no reality for those who have not. So, why do I teach about Jesus and have devoted my life to talking and writing about Jesus? I do not know. I believe it is a waste of time and effort, but I continue to do it. You see, it is not for you, but instead for me. It is because I know Jesus that I am compelled to teach and write about Him. Not because anyone ever hears what I am saying, but because I can hear what I am saying. I am confirming over and over that Jesus Christ is a reality. It keeps me going in a world full of doubt and turmoil. No one may ever read this, and that is all right. The fact that I have written it is what matters. It feels good to say, among all of the people in the world, that I know Jesus. I talk with Him. I walk with Him. Jesus is my guide, my friend. But I am so very sorry many of you may not believe it because you have yet to meet Jesus. Yes, there are days that I get tired of teaching, writing, and talking about Jesus. I think, what is the use; no one is listening. Ah! But Jesus is listening. So, Let’s Talk About Jesus, Or Not is written to bring to the hearts and minds the reality of Jesus Christ. In addition, there is a review of the Spiritual Heart Center, The Christ Centered Prayer Meditation, its practice, and mini-meditation supports. All of which may allow you to realize the certainty of Jesus Christ in your daily life. Bible Scripture verses are from the King James Version, London: Syndics of Cambridge University Press, Bentley House, American Branch, New York, printed in Great Britain.
