Study on the Tshal-pa edition of the Tibetan Buddhist canonical work, the Tanjur, and its comparative catalog with Peking and Dege editions; one of the earliest works printed in 1323 AD. Describes Tibetan canonical works of Tangyur collection based on Tshalpa Tangyur edition, the earliest and an initial work of the editions in 1323 AD. Tangyur collection is Tibetan canonical works, other than Kagyur collection that is translated into Tibetan from Indian source and includes largely commentarial works of great Indian Buddhist masters. It has 225 volumes in traditional Pothi form and comprises more three thousand titles; Include bibliographical records with subject and volume wise division and comparative of Dege, Peking and Nathang editions.
