When the gods had arrived at the place, they bowed down in presence of his majesty, and they said in his presence: "Speak unto us thy words that we may hear them." We see here that the gods live and move about on the earth like human beings, who, at times, can see them and manifest their fear. The assembly of the gods, or rather the family council, is held in the great temple of Heliopolis. What is going to be the result of their deliberations? Said by Ra to Nou: "O Thou, the eldest of the gods, of whom I am born; and ye ancestral gods, lo! mankind, who were born from mine eye, utter words against me. Tell me what ye would do in this matter? Behold I have waited, and I have not slain them, before I had heard what ye had to say." Said by the majesty of Nou: "O my son Ra, thou who art greater than he that made him, and than those who formed him, thy throne is stablished sure, and great is the fear thou dost inspire; let thine eye alone, be turned upon those who conspire against Thee."
