English summary: This book "Interculturality: Contact-Conflict-Conceptualization" presents the ten essays that were presented and discussed at the sixth meeting of the Berliner Working Group of Young Egyptologists (Berliner Arbeitskreises Junge Aegyptologie (BAJA)) in November 2016. The participants were invited to give presentations on the theme of "interculturality," and the ensuring discussions covered important questions concerning cultural contact, conflict between different ethnics groups, as well as the social and intellectual conceptualization of these forms of contact. As a result, these authors offer innovative ideas and approaches to theory and terminology, to texts, histories, and material culture by using the examples that range from the Neolithic Era to Late Antiquity. The Berliner Working Group of Young Archeologists is a forum for talented junior scholars to exchange, discuss, and present work on new approaches to the study of ancient Egypt and BAJA workshops offer open roundtable discussions with presentation on a specially selected theme.
