English Summary: This new volume of the Bulletin de liaison de la ceramique egyptienne (BCE 27) firstly presents current research news within the field of ceramic studies following a Regional order. This year BCE benefits from the recent archaeological work carried out in Middle Egypt on the Sheikh Fadl and the Qubbet el-Hawa sites, near Aswan. Other contributions provide ceramic studies of on-going or terminated excavations. These include important sites such as Burg al-Zafar in Cairo, the necropolis of Dra' Abu el-Naga' and the Karnak Temple in the Theban region, and the temples of Abu Erteila in Sudan. These presentations are part of a broad chronological framework, extending from the end of the New Kingdom to medieval times. The second part of this volume proposes several thematic approaches under the heading Studies. The first paper relates to an iconic ceramic family from the Old Kingdom with the Maidum-bowls of Ayn Asil in the Dakhla Oasis. A second paper reports on the contribution of the ostraca study for the dating of Byzantine ceramic assemblages from the Ahmeida site in the Dakhla oasis. Two distinct contributions on the ancient Punic-Libyan world and the ancient Egypt, compare two cultures and two techniques of bread-making with its specific ceramic utensils. Another multidisciplinary study, between archaeometallurgy and ceramology, describes the archaeological material of the Roman forge in the Abu Rawash site. Finally, the last contribution to this volume presents new developments on a technological topic still debated concerning the date of appearance of the rapid tour in Egypt.
