A few facts as to the results of recent explorations at Olympia and Mycenae have been gleaned from the new edition, prepared by Mr. Tozer, of Bishop Wordsworth's excellent Greece: Pictorial, Descriptive, and Histori cal but the compiler has very seldom consulted this work, because its avowed object is very similar to that he has himself had in view, though his method of treatment will, he ventures to think, he found to be essentially different.
