The Loves of Clitopho and Leucippe was written Roman era Greek author Achilles Tatius from the 2nd century, and is his only remaining work. This edition was translated into English by Rev. Rowland Smith, and first published in 1855. The Loves of Clitophon and Leucippe is a Greek romance, which is similar to Daphnis & Chloe by Longus, and often considered parodic in nature.
