Monster and Me compares anxiety to a monster. Whether the little boy brushes his teeth, goes out to play with friends, goes to school or sleeps, this monster always follows him inseparably. The monster usually stays quietly in the little boy's pocket, and occasionally yells at the little boy when he was agitated. Until one day, the little boy told his grandma about the monster, and then he found that when he talked about the monster, the monster became smaller and smaller, so small that he could be driven away.
