Thirteen year old Achsah, born in the Wilderness, is having a difficulty adjusting to settled life in her new home in Israel and at the same time that she's struggling with the complications of growing up. Terrified by her parents' plans for her marriage, which the naive and innocent girl is sure will kill her, she turns to her handsome and funny friend, Othniel who has pulled her out of the many scrapes she's constantly getting herself into. Can he save her from marriage to some creepy old guy?
