Uncle Jack, Aunt Betsy, and all the animals from Chester are back! There are some new characters that join them in this mysterious and thrilling sequel. Ernie Andrews, the evil, sinister, and oh, so sneaky character is the star of this chapter book. Ernie is a loner with no real friends, until he meets Frankie Lynchman in an unexpected place. These two become like two peas in a pod, while they're both stuck in jail, as roomates. From there, a plan is cooked up, but Ernie doesn't want to do this dirty work. He wants Frankie to do it! What is this plan, you ask? You'll have to read Chester: Justice Through Innocent Eyes to find out! Kimber Norton got her start in writing in 1992 when she was encouraged by her English Professor, Jack Estes, to self-publish her first book of poetry, Heart Sounds. Four years later, Kimber wrote another volume of poetry, Field of Innocence. Her efforts to have this book published by a publisher proved feudal. She persevered and used the self-publishing route again in 1996 to introduce Field of Innocence to a broader audience through her dealings with Borders Books and Music stores. It wasn't until March of 2007 that Kimber was inspired to write Chester. This inspiration came from her desire to do more than give financial support to organizations that help animals find homes. She realized she could make an attempt to reach young people, to teach them how animals should be treated by humans. Though it took Kimber over three years to write and complete Chester, she is now beginning her work on book two in the series under the same title. She has titled the second book, Chester: Justice Through Innocent Eyes which Kimber has now completed. She completed her second book after the passing of her mother, Lois Norton on June 2nd, 2014. It has taken Kimber several months to finish this sequel; she did it while still grieving the tragic loss of her mother. Chester: Justice Through Innocent Eyes is a book full of mystery, wonder, and excitement. Whi
