U.S. Officials suspect a conference in the Netherlands is a target for a terrorist attack. The area needs a preemptive strike and Mack Bolan is the man for the job. The key players are all in a defecting Czech physicist, a king marked for assassination, a neo-Nazi fighting cadre on the loose and a group of die-hard Communists trying to stem the tide of glasnost. Bolan's ally on this mission is a gorgeous lady spy, and when the curtain rises, the Executioner intends to add a deadly new twist to the plot.
