From the beginning of civilization - which was full of frustrations, worries, uncertainties, and fears - medical assistance in general, and for aging in particular, was, is and will always be needed – but now, optimal aging, with the help of the preventive medicine, began to look much better, generating cheerful serenity, unshakeable confidence, and deeper enjoyment. There is a clear need for more resources to achieve the medical results which all people want, therefore significant changes in priorities are required. This book discusses this important subject, using many questions, giving responses, emphasizing on the new ideas, which will create the conditions for a peaceful, free, harmonious, and prosperous world, where all people are the beneficiary of this optimal aging. Because of this, the longevity of the new management system is much greater than the longevity of any other system. The objectives of the management of the world are not for a few years, but for a few millennia, therefore a spirit of unbridled optimism for the world’s future is strictly necessary. The future begins to take shape in front of our eyes - it is astonishingly beautiful, and also able to kindle genuine happiness, contentment, and brings more peace and joy to everybody’s life!
