This is one, ordinary, woman's journey through treatment for breast cancer and beyond. Still thriving 12 years later, she offers an insight into the actual process of chemotherapy and its side effects, hospitals and support services, as well as the affect on family members. It's not an easy journey and it's one I m always thankful to have survived. I know I am one of the lucky ones, why, I do not know. It may be attitude, it may be luck but all I knew was that life would be different from then on.
