Encyclopaedia entries, arranged alphabetically, describing the gods and myths of the Celts as recorded by archaeological finds, by Classical writers, and by Welsh and Irish writers and traditions. A good selection of pictures. Each entry is referenced - and the book is rather like an index to Miranda Green's previous books - but no less useful for that.
