Ash, Pikachu and their friends are at the Wobbuffet Festival, a special celebration for the Patient Pokmon. Team Rocket and their new Wobbuffet are there, too. So when three bullies start attacking innocent Wobbuffet in the village, Ash is sure Jessie, James, and Meowth are responsible. Until their Wobbuffet comes to aid the other Wobbuffet under attack! Could Team Rocket be turning... good?
