This book adopts the local perspective of China, takes sociology, social psychology, cultural anthropology and other disciplines as the reference frame, and conducts methodological, conceptual, empirical and theoretical exploration into the outer and inner world, the psychological mechanisms and behavioral of the Chinese people as well as the specific stage and cultural lineage of the Chinese society. An especial focus is placed on the relationship between the Chinese people's behavioral strategies and the Chinese social structure and cultural scenes, in an attempt to construct a theoretical framework to analyze the Chinese people's social behavior through the real and specific daily life of the Chinese people. The research into the Chinese people's psychology and behavior should be conducted in the principle of 'trying to see the unchangeable or at least the parts hard to change through those changes', which marks the basis for the current and future research.
